This spa is quite beautiful and is 3 years old, located in a Southern historic city. It has a great reputation and its design lends to immense creativity in scheduling clients. The treatment rooms are the largest in the city. This spa is very unique, and somewhat mysterious. Great location. Great reputation. Owner is a spa therapist but is fundamentally a free spirit with homes in other locations. Would like her freedom back. No money was held back in designing it. Owner has been requested to do home design work based on the beauty of this spa. Can wait for right person who appreciates the old world look of Europe. I tend to want to sell it and then at the same time I don't want to sell it because so much work was put into designing it. Each year sales have increased.
